The SD Stars High School & College Prep Program is built for athletes who are serious about elevating their game and pursuing the next level. This comprehensive system blends elite skill development with game-ready IQ, strategic exposure, and character-building support.

Players engage in position-specific training and high-repetition conditioning designed to boost velocity, mobility, and durability—preparing them to excel under pressure. Tactical sessions emphasize situational mastery, tempo control, and strong communication, turning athletes into on-field leaders. Through GameChanger performance tracking, curated video breakdowns, and the ScoutFit platform, each athlete builds a compelling recruiting profile shared within a network of college coaches and scouts.

  • Position-Specific Instruction: Tailored drills by age and skill level focusing on defensive technique, footwork, and arm strength across infield, outfield, pitching, and catching
  • Hitting Progression Tracks: Situational hitting, pitch recognition, bat speed work, and plate discipline built through customized stations and weekly metrics.
  • Velocity & Arm Care Programs: Includes ramp-up protocols, recovery systems, and monitored throwing programs to build sustainable strength and protect long-term health.
  • Speed, Agility & Explosiveness: Movement pattern development using sprint mechanics, lateral drills, and plyometric work designed to improve quickness and game-readiness.
  • Game IQ & Tactical Development: Live reads, strategic decision-making, and tempo management incorporated into game-like scenarios and team simulations.

Schedules

Our training schedule is designed to balance consistency, competitive readiness, and individualized development across all age levels.

Practice Sessions:

  • Weekday Practice (1x/week) – Focused skill development
  • Weekend Practice (1x/week) – Team drills, live reps, and scrimmage work

Competitive Play:

  • Tournaments (1–2 per month) – Local and regional events for game experience and evaluation

Supplemental Development:

  • Extra Training Program – Optional sessions and clinics throughout the month for athletes seeking accelerated growth
